Yesterday Elouan cycled 100 km D+ 2600m [62M 8500ft], climbing Revard. He lost his pump. Therefore he cycled another 60 km D+ 1200 m [37M 4000ft]today to ty and find it. And he did ! Frimousse’s Mistress is trailing at Fenêtre d’Arpette between Forclaz Pass and Morgex, near Glacier of Trient. I walked 9 K this morning, by the Lake, flat ground…

After the cycling week for Kerrian and the Mistress of Frimousse, she and I went for walking/running in Bionaz and Cogne in Val d’Aosta. Even more people in the mountains on the other side of Mont-Blanc than on this one. People seem to have understood that in the mountains, low virus levels do not allow contamination… And now the Mistress of Frimousse alternates cycling, running and trail running.
